The NFL announced the 2024 schedule yesterday complete with an opening matchup for your Houston Texans vs the Indianapolis Colts. The following week sees the Texans home opener when the Chicago Bears come to town.

It does seem a little odd that H-Town plays ChiTown twice in a month and a half, with the franchises colliding in the Hall of Fame game on August 1st prior to their week 2 matchup.

However the first real test of the 2024 Texans won’t happen until week 5 when the Buffalo Bills come to town....
