On Wednesday, the Dolphins officially placed cornerback JuJu Brents on injured reserve after he suffered a foot injury in Miami’s Week 11 overtime win over the Washington Commanders.
The former Indianapolis Colts’ second-round pick (44th overall) played well in his limited time with Miami, starting two critical games for the team down the stretch. Brents looked, dare I say it, #good?!?! He will finish the 2025 season with 14 tackles, one pass breakup, and a fumble recovery.
With Miami’s secondary already banged up, after losing starters Kader Kohou, Storm Duck, and Artie Burns for the season, interim general manager Champ...

For the first time in 2025, the Miami Dolphins won back-to-back games in Weeks 10 and 11, beating the Buffalo Bills and the Washington Commanders. The game over the Bills was a full-game domination of their AFC East rivals, while the Commanders game was a struggle through adversity to come out with the win in overtime. But, how are fans feeling...

Here’s where an intro would go if I wasn’t a hack and a fraud.
Our boys in blue-ish hopped a flight all the way to sunny Madrid for an internationally renowned contest against the Washington Shmoshingtons. Both teams came in with a 3-7 record and both teams played as though those records were well deserved.
The Dolphins gave up 172 yards on the ground, threw for 171 yards total, and took this thing the whole way to overtime before squeaking out a win.
Coaches were excited to be involved in the chaos,...

Our Miami Dolphins have mostly been a massive disappointment this season. I, for one, am not convinced that they have gotten anything correct or are going in the right direction by winning three of their last four games. Miami beat the Atlanta Falcons in blowout fashion, but the Falcons are a 3- 7 team, so yeah… Our Phins then returned the next week and, in predictable fashion, were themselves blown out by the Baltimore Ravens, where the Phins’ offense managed only 6 points. Miami then returns the next week to blow out the Buffalo Bills. Until proven otherwise, this is...

For the second time this season, Miami Dolphins linebacker Jordyn Brooks has been honored with the AFC Defensive Player of the Week award — this time for his 20 tackle effort against the Washington Commanders in Madrid, Spain.
In addition to his 20 tackles, Brooks had a tackle for loss against Washington. His 20 take downs of opposing ball carriers last week is the highest amount of tackles any defender has had in an NFL game this season, and just four tackles shy of the all-time single game record of 24 (shared by David Harris of the New York Jets...

The Miami Dolphins narrowly escaped their week eleven clash with the Washington Commanders in Madrid, Spain with an overtime victory, but with that win, the club finds themselves with a 4-7 record heading into their bye week. It’s certainly not where we would have liked to have seen the club’s record after 11 games this season, but after starting a dismal 1-5, the team winning three of their last four games has a solid portion of the fanbase feeling a bit better about the future of the franchise beyond 2025.
To continue stockpiling wins in 2025, and to have hope...

The Miami Dolphins draft class was facing some backlash when the season began as not many of them were contributing that well on the field. But these things sometimes take time and after the past couple of weeks, we are beginning to see these rookies grow into their roles and improve on a weekly basis. On the defensive line, Kenneth Grant, Jordan Phillips, and Zeke Biggers made some crucial plays this past weekend and mistakes are starting to be limited. Offensively, Ollie Gordon is a bulldozer at running back every week and Jonah Savaiinaea may have had his best game...

Well, all of us fans arrive at the bye week for our Miami Dolphins, now knowing that things have not gone to plan thus far, with maybe the exception of the last few weeks. We either didn’t expect to be a bad team with a bad roster, sitting here at 4-7, or we hoped or even expected that the team would be better than that by now. So now that we all know where this team has been and where we hope they are headed, what about things you did not expect this season?
So tonight’s Phinsider Question Of The...

After defeating the Buffalo Bills in week 10 and the Washington Commanders in week 11, the Miami Dolphins have won two games in a row for the first time since weeks 16 and 17 of the 2024 NFL season. As a result, the club continues to climb power rankings across multiple media outlets.
One such outlet — Pro Football Talk — has been particularly critical of Mike McDaniel’s club this year, even ranking them as the worst team in the National Football League after their defeat at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts during the first game of the regular...

The Miami Dolphins had a tougher time of disposing of the Washington Commanders on Sunday than many fans would have liked after they had trounced the Buffalo Bills by seventeen points just a week prior. However, if you’re a true fan of football, you know that wins don’t often come easy in the National Football League, especially for our Dolphins.
However, the team now gets a bye week to reflect on their first eleven games in 2025, while preparing for the final six. That’s right. Only six more games to go — unless they can somehow defeat all of their...

For the first time in what feels like forever, the Miami Dolphins have a vacancy at general manager.
In October, the Dolphins finally parted ways with Chris Grier, who served as general manager for 10 seasons. In that time, the Dolphins failed to win a single playoff game, and never finished higher than 2nd in the AFC East. But all that is in the past, and the Dolphins are now firmly focused on the future.
Though Champ Kelly currently holds the title of interim general manager, one would assume that owner Stephen Ross will do his due diligence on an...
