Phinsider Question Of The Day: Current Favorite Edition

Phinsider Question Of The Day: Current Favorite Edition

I know I’ve asked this question before, but with the new NFL league year about to start (4:00 PM EST, March 12th), I thought I'd recycle it for tonight. As a side note, before we get to the PQOTD, if anyone has an idea for my question of the day, please feel free to let me know in the comments, or you can direct message me via X HERE. As you might have noticed, I have pretty much run out of ideas during this very dead period of the year for the NFL.

Tonight’s question of the day is: What...

Dolphins free agents 2025: Walk, tag, re-sign - Tyler Huntley

Dolphins free agents 2025: Walk, tag, re-sign - Tyler Huntley

What should the Miami Dolphins do with quarterback Tyler Huntley as free agency approaches?

The Miami Dolphins have a quarterback dilemma staring them in the face in 2025. It is not a starting quarterback question, where Tua Tagovailoa in entrenched on top of the depth chart, but they have to make sure the backup roles behind him are ready to step in if another injury occurs. In 2024, when Tagovailoa sustained a concussion and a hip injury, the team seemed to be scrambling, with multiple backups tried. Veteran Tyler Huntley was eventually added to the roster and provided some stability,...

Phinsider Question Of The Day: Is He Worth It Edition W/Poll

Phinsider Question Of The Day: Is He Worth It Edition W/Poll

We headed into the offseason knowing that the Miami Dolphins' biggest-name free agent would be Jevon Holland. Holland quickly became a fan favorite after being drafted, but this past season, he struggled, particularly with tackling. With fans already divided on whether he should be brought back, news has emerged that the team has no plans to tag Holland with the Franchise Tag designation, allowing him to test free agency.

Compared to Chris Grier's and the organization's past statements, this sounds more like the team intends to let Holland walk and possibly recoup a compensatory pick in 2026. This, of course,...

Miami Dolphins lose offensive assistant to Philadelphia Eagles

Miami Dolphins lose offensive assistant to Philadelphia Eagles

Parks Frazier leaves Dolphins to take Eagles pass game coordinator job.

The Philadelphia Eagles were in need of a new offensive coordinator after losing Kellen Moore to the New Orleans Saints — where he was hired as the organization’s head coach following the Eagles’ Super Bowl victory. They elevated their own passing game coordinator — giving the open offensive coordinator position to Kevin Patullo.

That elevation left them with an opening at pass game coordinator. Enter Parks Frazier — formerly an offensive assistant with the Miami Dolphins under head coach Mike McDaniel. Frazier was only in South Florida for one...

Miami Dolphins get a small boost from NFL’s projected salary cap increase

The NFL is projecting another considerable salary cap jump for the 2025 NFL season.

The exact figure has yet to be set, but the NFL informed teams Wednesday that the salary cap will again rise this offseason.

The salary cap is projected to range from $277.5 million to $281.5 million, ESPN’s Dan Graziano reported. After a $30 million increase last offseason, the salary cap will rise between $22.1 million and $26.1 million.

This is good news for the Miami Dolphins, who began the offseason projected to be $12 million over the salary cap. The franchise started clearing cap space by...

REPORT: Eagles to hire Dolphins offensive assistant as pass game coordinator

The Super Bowl Champs plan to hire Miami Dolphins offensive assistant Parks Frazier as the team’s next pass game coordinator, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero is reporting.

For the last several days, the talk of the town was whether or not the Miami Dolphins would lose newly signed wide receivers’ coach Robert Prince to the New Orleans Saints.

According to several reports, New Orleans’ new head coach, Kellen Moore, was interested in the former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver coach becoming the Saints' offensive coordinator. Prince will not be joining the Saints as their new OC. Instead, the team will hire Doug...

WOLFE: Miami Dolphins are ‘not expected’ to tag safety Jevon Holland

The Miami Dolphins will need to find two starting safeties this offseason, with Jevon Holland set to hit free agency in March.

If you were hoping that the Miami Dolphins and impending free agent Jevon Holland would come to terms on a new deal before the 24-year-old safety is set to hit the open market. Or you had hoped that General Manager Chris Grier and Head Coach Mike McDaniel would place the franchise or transition tag on the playmaking safety; NFL Insider Cameron Wolfe is here to tell you that it’s probably not happening.

This is pretty reminiscent of the Deshaun Watson saga and it will be interesting to see what the Ravens do with their kicker. Check out what the Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, and other NFL teams are talking about in our...

What’s On Deck For You Now

With the NFL season over, most people are looking elsewhere for entertainment. Some are obsessed with mock drafts and all the other insane, overrated draft news that will come our way with the NFL draft at the end of April. Others will be obsessed with college basketball when “March Madness” begins on March 18th for the men and March 19th for the Women. You also have the NBA going on now, and soon, the MLB will kick off its season as April closes in. With that in mind, I asked-

2025 NFL Mock Draft: Daniel Jeremiah sticks to his original plan for fixing the Miami Dolphins

2025 NFL Mock Draft: Daniel Jeremiah sticks to his original plan for fixing the Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins may be forced to take their medicine instead of drafting a flashy player.

The Miami Dolphins have aggressively constructed what they believe is a playoff contender. After failing to notch a playoff win, the team is at a crossroads and may be forced to face a hard reality.

NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah’s vision for Miami’s 2025 NFL Draft strategy hasn’t changed since his first mock draft nearly a month ago. After selecting Texas’ Kelvin Banks Jr. in Mock Draft 1.0, Jeremiah is leaning toward Alabama guard Tyler Booker, a junior, as Miami’s first-round pick in April’s draft....
