Mike Evans ‘trending’ towards playing Sunday for the Buccaneers

The veteran receiver hasn’t seen the field since Week 7.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be traveling to New York this week to take on the Giants. At 4-6, the Bucs can’t risk dropping another game especially against New York and the way they’ve played as of late it’s certainly a possibility.

But they could be getting some help this week to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Veteran wide receiver Mike Evans was practicing in limited fashion Wednesday, which was a positive sign as he has been out with a hamstring injury since Week 7’s Monday night debacle at home....

Falcons fantasy stud and dud from Week 11 vs. Broncos

Kirk Cousins was the worst quarterback in fantasy this weekend.

The Atlanta Falcons have a bye in Week 12, where they hope to recharge for the stretch run in an attempt to hang on to their lead atop the NFC South. They technically did play a football game against the Denver Broncos in Week 11, but it seems that they mentally started their bye a week early.

The Falcons played their worst game of the season on both ends, failing to score double digit points for the first time this season and allowing a season high 38 points. The entire...

Falcons rookie report for Week 11: Brandon Dorlus finally debuts

Penix passes features in, too.

I had groused a little bit about how dull this feature was, given that the Atlanta Falcons were barely playing their rookies. This week is an excellent reminder to me and to all of us to be careful what you wish for.

Injuries finally forced Brandon Dorlus into his season debut, and a blowout gave Michael Penix, Casey Washington, and Jase McClellan work on offense. Those are not ideal circumstances, even if almost every rookie who played had positive moments.

Let’s get to the report.

This is Hill’s second time winning the award in his career.

Another win for Darren Rizzi

NFL.com - 23 (=)

“Don’t look now, but the Rizzlers have won two straight, and — thanks to Atlanta dropping another game — the NFC South and a potential wild-card berth remain mathematically within reach. New Orleans might need a tall ladder and a long arm to get there, of course. This might be one of those cases where the bye week works against a team like the Saints. They’ve gotten their mojo working the past two games to rebound from their seven-game losing streak; stalling that momentum with a Week 12 bye...

Who was the Saints’ breakout player vs. the Browns?

With Week 11 in the books, let’s take a look at who stood out for New Orleans.

The New Orleans Saints defeated the Cleveland Browns 35-14 on Sunday afternoon, securing their second consecutive victory under interim head coach Darren Rizzi.

This week, an entire position group deserves recognition for stepping up and delivering an outstanding performance when the team needed them most. The breakout group from the Saints’ Week 11 win over the Browns was the tight end room, including Juwan Johnson, Foster Moreau, and Taysom Hill, with the exception of rookie UDFA Dallin Holker, who saw just eight offensive...
