Halloween is just the warmup for what follows, eh heh heh heh! It’s time to go full MAGA as we Make America Goulash Again! I HOPE you enJOY this hair-raising take on a cauldron classic! 16 oz box of elbow noodles
1 lb ground chicken
1 lb mild Italian pork sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 onion, slivered (see below)
2 jars of spaghetti sauce (24 oz each)
14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1⁄4 cup of strong coffee
1 packed Tbsp of brown sugar
1⁄4 cup hot sauce
2 Tbsp of your favorite weaponized hot sauce
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
You’ll need: A large pot/cauldron, a smaller pot/cauldron, high-walled fry pan, two coins for Charon if you’re not careful with the sauce
