Sure, football is a game, but it’s not just a game. Football is an experience. The kind of experience that goes better with a little food. If you’re a Buffalo Bills fan looking for something special to go with your game-day activities, Buffalo Rumblings has you covered!

This week, we’re going super quick and simple with a party shot...

Cinnamon Rum Milkshake Shots

The Buffalo Bills have been mostly road warriors for what seems like forever, and this week return from the West Coast to host the rival Miami Dolphins. With a party atmosphere surely coming, I went for an easy recipe that can be multiplied with zero effort and enjoyed with groups of all sizes. This week I’ll be talking ratios rather than strict amounts so you can cater to your crew.

The biggest thing here is how you like your shakes. This recipe results in a very thin shake since the idea here is to make a shot. If you want to go thicker, just increase the ice cream amount, obviously.

When I was previewing colleges, a group of us went to Cornell to check out their food science program where we learned a fun fact about ice cream. It’s about half air. Why is this fact important? When you melt it, you lose a lot of volume. Using my example above you have 16 Tbsp of ingredients, so you’ll have four or five shots, right? Nope, it made the three you see.
