Home favorites
The Washington Commanders went to New Jersey and took care of business against the lowly New York Giants, winning 27-22 and kneeling down at New York's 1-inch line to claim victory. Washington is now 7-2 and remain one of the top teams in the NFC. They still hold first place in the NFC East, with the Eagles a half game back.
The Commanders open up the week as 2.5-point favorites against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Washington is still one of the hottest teams in the NFL, and they return home to a crowd that will be fired up again. The Steelers just had their bye week, but were on a 3-game win streak before that. Their last loss came against the Cowboys a month ago. Russell Wilson will get his third start with the Steelers on Sunday.
The O/U opens at 44.5, which is one point higher than last week. Washington remains the top team in the NFC East, and with only the Philadelphia Eagles looking like competition for the title.
