The Carolina Panthers are back in action this weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs. That means you can once again risk it all on your favorite team—or, as should be more likely, bet against them.
It has been a roller coaster of a season for the Carolina Panthers, or at least it would have been if there had been enough highs to balance out all the lows. The Panthers may be coming off their bye week on a two game winning streak and as healthy as they are likely to be all year, but that doesn’t mean they are going to be favored in any game left on their calendar.
That’s doubly true this week when they are walking into a game against the 9-1 Chiefs who are coming off of their first loss of the season. They are expected to be focused and all business on the road against one of the worst teams in the NFL. This game is not expected to be close. Take a look:

Remember that home-field advantage is traditionally accounted for by spotting the home team—the Panthers, in this case—three points on the spread. That means the Chiefs are favored by almost two touchdowns. That seems modest, if you ask me.
