A little glimpse of Seahawks football, as a treat.

Are you up late at night and starving for literally any highlights of the 2024 Seattle Seahawks? We’ve got you covered.

Seattle began its Organized Team Activities (OTAs) on Monday at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) in Renton. This is the start of Phase 3 of the team’s offseason workout program, with mandatory minicamp to follow in June.

Geno Smith underneath to DK Metcalf, turning upfield for the big yards after catch. Where is the defense to wrap him up?! I thought Mike Macdonald was supposed to have fixed this by now. Hang on, I’m being told there are “rules” when it comes to these practices. Oh well, nevertheless!

Meanwhile, here’s the explosiveness of first-round pick Byron Murphy II on display. Just wait until he’s driving actual human beings several yards back with his strength.

And lastly, this is supposedly an image but I am 100 percent confident that Jake Bobo’s hang time in the air is entirely dependent on how long he wants to be in the air. He bends gravity to his will.

Wednesday’s OTA session will be available for media to attend, so we should get some more highlights and interviews with Seahawks players and coaches at the end of practice.
