Joe Mixon and the Houston Texans will visit Brian Thomas Jr. and the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, in a matchup between a pair of the biggest stars in the league.
The Texans were defeated by the Tennessee Titans 32-27 in their last game. The Jaguars are coming off of a 52-6 loss to the Detroit Lions. C.J. Stroud had 247 yards on 20-of-33 passing (60.6%) for the Texans in that matchup against the Titans, with two touchdowns and two interceptions. Mixon totaled 22 rushing yards on 14 carries (1.6 yards per carry). He also had five catches for 23 yards. Nico Collins had 92 yards on five catches (18.4 per reception) with one touchdown in that game. Mac Jones went 17-for-29 with 138 yards, no touchdowns and one interception for the Jags against the Lions. Travis Etienne put together a 12-carry, 27-yard game (2.3 yards per attempt), while tacking on three receptions for six yards. Thomas had 82 yards through the air after five catches (on seven targets).
