The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the rival Washington Commanders on Thursday night, improving their record to 8-2.
After the team’s 26-18 win, Fox Sports personality Skip Bayless took to social media to share his thoughts on the team’s current outlook.
“I am a Cowboy fan. Since I was 10 years old, I hated the Philadelphia Eagles. Still do…I picked the Philadelphia Eagles to win this year’s Super Bowl and I hate to admit it, I think I’m right,” Bayless said in his video.

Bayless could be right.
This Eagles team has taken care of business since their early-season bye week, as they have now won six consecutive games.
Pro Bowl running back Saquon Barkley looks like one of the two or three best players at his position in the league.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts has played MVP-level football before and is a natural leader for this team.
They have two great wide receivers, A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
But as Bayless noted, they have a great defense.
Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio has this group suffocating opposing offenses and shutting down the passing attack.
They were also able to sack Jayden Daniels three times on Thursday night and force him into an interception.
However, Bayless’s case could be skewed slightly because the Eagles haven’t faced tough competition outside this last game against the Commanders.
On this six-game winning streak, they have beaten one team above .500.
The fact that they have eight wins is good for them, but it might be a little too early to call them Super Bowl champs already.
