The NFC West race figures to be going down to the wire.
Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Seattle Seahawks fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
It’s time for another edition of the Seahawks Reacts survey! I know that the confidence poll will be a bit higher than in recent weeks following last Sunday’s wonderful result. As usual, we also ask you to provide your score margin prediction for the next Seahawks game, in this case a huge home matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. It’s the biggest Cardinals-Seahawks game (in terms of playoff meaning for both teams) since the home win back in 2020.
Now to our main question of the week. The NFC West picture just changed considerably with the Seahawks’ win over the San Francisco 49ers. This is a division that is as up for grabs as it can be.
1.) Arizona Cardinals (6-4, 2-0 NFC West)
2.) Los Angeles Rams (5-5, 2-1 NFC West, head-to-head vs. SEA)
3.) Seattle Seahawks (5-5, 1-2 NFC West)
4.) San Francisco 49ers (5-5, 1-3 NFC West)
Arizona is the betting favorite to win the division based on not just the 6-4 record, but also the tiebreaker edge on the Rams and 49ers. The Seahawks could change things by sweeping Arizona, but that in itself won’t mean Seattle will win the division. There’s still a lot to play for and a few more division games to be played to decide everything.
Cardinals: at Seahawks, at Vikings, vs. Seahawks, vs. Patriots, at Panthers, at Rams, vs. 49ers
Rams: vs. Eagles, at Saints, vs. Bills, at 49ers, at Jets, vs. Cardinals, vs. Seahawks
Seahawks: vs. Cardinals, at Jets, at Cardinals, vs. Packers, vs. Vikings, at Bears, at Rams
49ers: at Packers, at Bills, vs. Bears, vs. Rams, at Dolphins, vs. Lions, at Cardinals
In all likelihood, only one team is going to the playoffs from this division. Who’s taking the NFC West crown? Vote in the survey below!
