This is shaping up to be a stressful weekend for Cleveland sports fans.

This afternoon, the Cleveland Guardians take on the Detroit Tigers in the deciding game of their American League Divisional Series. Somewhere around 4 p.m. we will all know if the Guardians are moving on to face the New York Yankees in the American League Championship Series, or heading home for the winter.

At around the same time on Sunday afternoon, we’ll know if the Cleveland Browns have broken their three-game losing streak by defeating the Philadelphia Eagles. A win gives the Browns a bit of a reprieve and, at least in theory, keeps their season alive.

A loss, however, and the Browns season may be just as over as it will be for either the Guardians or Tigers this afternoon.
