Some good news for New Orleans as they get ready for their season opener against Carolina.

The New Orleans Saints released their final injury report released on Friday prior to Sunday’s matchup against the Carolina Panthers. Overall, they are going into this game relatively healthier than they have been in a while. However, a total of 6 players will miss the game from both sides.

While linebackers Jaylen Ford and D’Marco Jackson, DT Kaylen Saunders and TE Dallin Holker were ruled out for New Orleans. One notable face that fans will be happy to see back on the field is Saints CB Marshon Lattimore, who was placed on injured reserve in Week 10 of the 2023 season due to an ankle injury. Lattimore was initially limited in practice earlier this week due to hip issue he suffered during training camp, but after two full days of participation, it looks like the 4x Pro Bowl corner is ready to go on Sunday.

The Saints are currently 3.5-point favorites on FanDuel, which has stayed consistent all this week. Kickoff for the Saints and Panthers is set for noon in Caesars Superdome.
