The Philadelphia Eagles are cashing in with Saquon Barkley as their superstar running back.
After signing him to a three-year deal this past offseason, the former New York Giant has proven just how great of an offensive player he is.
In the Eagles’ Thursday night win over the Washington Commanders, Barkley recorded his sixth 100-yard game of the season on the ground and ran for multiple touchdowns for the third time this season.
Former Pro Bowl quarterback Robert Griffin III took to social media Thursday night to praise Barkley.
“Saquon Barkley has single-handedly changed this Philadelphia Eagles offense. HOME RUN HITTER,” Griffin wrote on social media above a highlight he posted of Barkley running in a touchdown.

Outside of Baltimore Ravens All-Pro running back Derrick Henry, there isn’t a better running back in football now.
The former Penn State star eclipsed 1,000 yards and 1,100 yards in the win.
Philly has only played in 10 games.
Barkley’s production has been exceptional this season, which is why the Eagles have a chance to win the Super Bowl this year.
With his ability to knife through defenses on the ground and Pro Bowl quarterback Jalen Hurts’s ability to throw the football, the Eagles are a completely different offense than they have been over the last few years.
Especially if the defense continues to play the way that it has been, there might not be another team that can compete with this team at its best.
