We’re into the second half of the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2024 season which hasn’t gone as hoped and the team is looking toward the future for the rest of the year. We’re collecting all the news, injury reports, signings, rumors, and everything you need to follow the Raiders and the NFL in the month of November.
We’ll update everything below in reverse chronological order:
November 19
11:30 a.m.: The Raiders have signed wide receiver Alex Bachman to the practice squad. He was cut Saturday.
November 14
1:44 p.m.: The Chiefs will be with standout kicker Harrison Butker will miss the Raiders’ game in Week 13.
6:41 a.m.: Former Raiders’ coach Jon Gruden has joined Bar Stool Sports.
November 12
1:08 p.m.: The Miami Dolphins, who lost the Raiders on Sunday, have added Seattle starting linebacker Tyrel Dodson, who was surprisingly cut Monday. He may play Sunday.
November 6
9:47 a.m.: Trey Hendrickson was named The Week 9 AFC Defensive Player of the Week for his four-sack performance in a win over the Raiders.
November 4
2:37 p.m.: John Samuel Shenker and Tyreik McAllister are back on the Raiders’ practice squad after getting released from the active roster last week.
12:35 p.m.: After last night’s string of firings, Norv Turner could rejoin the Raiders’ coaching staff. Turner served as the team’s head coach in 2004 and 2005, and his son, Scott, is considered the likely choice to be interim offensive coordinator for the rest of this season.
November 1
3:00 p.m.: Keyton’s promotion is official and Justin Shorter is getting called up, again. As a result, preseason standout Tyreik McAllister and John Samuel Shenker are getting waived.
12:33 p.m.: On a related note, the Raiders signed Ramel Keyton to a two-year deal. The undrafted free agent from Tennessee made the team at the end of training camp but didn’t receive any playing time during the regular season and was sent down to the practice squad. However, he’s back up on the active roster now, so does the front office end up making a move ahead of the deadline despite the previous report?
8:50 a.m.: According to The Athletic’s Vic Tafur, the Raiders likely won’t be making any more deals ahead of next Tuesday’s trade deadline. So, players like Jakobi Meyers and Kolton Miller aren’t going anywhere.
