It’s that time of year again.
It’s late October. That can only mean one thing for the New York Jets and their fans. It is time to start focusing on the next year’s NFL Draft.
With the Jets 2-6 and looking hopeless, we turn to the future.
If the season ended today, the Jets would own the fourth overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft.
There are a bunch of teams grouped at 2-6. The first tiebreaker is strength of schedule. The worst opponent winning percentage wins the tiebreaker. The Jets’ strength of schedule is second lowest in that group behind New England’s according to Tankathon so the Jets own the fouth pick at the moment.
Picks 19 through 32 will be determined by postseason results.
