After his performance vs. the Panthers. analysts and experts are hyping up the Broncos rookie quarterback

Good Morning Broncos Country!

The Broncos have won five out of six games, have a 5-3 record, are currently the fifth seed in the AFC, and rookie quarterback Bo Nix is starting to turn some heads. Nix currently has the most touchdowns of all the rookie quarterbacks, including Jayden Daniels, and was just named the AFC’s Rookie of the Month for October.

Things are looking up for both the Broncos and Nix but they will face their toughest challenge this Sunday when they travel to Baltimore to take on Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. With that said, this has not stopped analysts and experts to hype up the Broncos rookie quarterback.

Former quarterback Chase Daniel who spent multiple years with the Saints in Sean Payton’s offense had a lot of positive things to say about Nix. He believes the Broncos can upset the Ravens and Nix will be the reason why.

Nix’s performance even had NFL Network’s Rich Eisen saying “I told you so” about him. He said after the Broncos' week one loss vs. the Seahawks that he saw something in Nix despite the loss. This take did not go over well with many but Eisen is here double downing on that thought.

Even people who were critical of Nix pre-draft and early in the season are starting to change their minds. JT O’Sullivan who is known as “The QB School” was critical of Nix, but he appeared on The Athletic’s Robert Mays’s podcast and said Nix’s play has changed his mind.

Nix looked like a damn good quarterback vs. the Panthers but people still on the fence will say “It was just the Panthers” and they would be right. The Panthers are not a good team, they lack talent and were dealing with a lot of injuries to their roster. Despite that, Nix made strides and looked improved from a week prior when he faced another bad/banged-up team in the Saints.

If he really wants to catch the National Media’s attention, he needs to lead the Broncos to an upset victory over Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday. Moving to 6-3 and defeating a top AFC and the leading MVP candidate will change the narrative around Nix and the Broncos quickly. I hope they can do it and honestly, I think they can do it.
