How are you feeling about this matchup?
The Dallas Cowboys are on the brink.
They’ve lost three straight. Dak Prescott is reportedly out for the season. Mike McCarthy is a dead man walking.
They’re likely done for.
And now it’s up to the Philadelphia Eagles to take advantage.
Leave no doubt.
The Birds must dominate this team from the jump and build a big enough lead to pull their starters early.
They should be able to do it.
Cooper Rush had success filling in for Prescott back in 2022, yes, but his supporting cast was MUCH better then. The Cowboys’ run game isn’t what it used to be and neither is their defense. Rush will be tasked to carry the Cowboys with his arm, which doesn’t seem like a recipe for Dallas success.
Only one defense is allowing more points this season than Mike Zimmer’s group. That unit should not be able to provide serious resistance. Micah Parsons has the potential to wreck a game, yes, but the Eagles have been able to neutralize him in the past. And he might not be 100% in this one after missing four straight games.
The feeling here is that the Eagles are primed to make a statement. Time for them to deliver their first win in JerryWorld since 2017.
