Reinforcements have arrived on the both sides of the ball.

The Miami Dolphins will be without two defensive starters for Sunday’s game. Safety Jordan Poyer missed the entire week of practice due to a shin injury, while linebacker Jaelan Phillips is out for the season after suffering an ACL injury against the Tennessee Titans.

Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and cornerback Cam Smith, both on the physically unable to perform list, fully practiced this week and are eligible to return Sunday against the New England Patriots. Beckham, Smith, and quarterback Skylar Thompson (ribs) are all questionable.

The Dolphins listed 17 players on the injury report but are trending positively heading into Week 5. As of Friday, left tackle Terron Armstead (concussion), wide receiver Braxton Berrios (ankle), cornerback Kendall Fuller (concussion), linebacker David Long (hamstring), wide receiver Malik Washington (quadriceps), running back Jeff Wilson (knee), cornerback Jalen Ramsey (knee), and linebacker Tyus Bowser (knee) are all expected to play.

New England listed 16 players on its injury report, with center David Andrews and left tackle Caedan Wallace ruled out after being placed on injured reserve. Safety Jabrill Peppers (shoulder) was downgraded to out on Saturday and linebacker Sione Takitaki (knee) is doubtful after being limited in practice all week.

Wide receiver Kendrick Bourne (knee), linebacker Anfernee Jennings (shoulder), defensive back Jonathan Jones (shoulder), guard Mike Jordan (ankle), guard Nick Leverett (ankle), tackle Vederian Lowe (knee), safety Marte Mapu (calf), guard Layden Robinson (ankle/wrist), and cornerback Marcus Jones (groin) are all listed as questionable.
