Dan Quinn speaks to the media after

Dan Quinn talked to reporters after the Washington Commanders 26-18 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He opened up the presser by addressing the team's decision to go for it on 4th and 2 at the Eagles 26-yard line in the 4th quarter. Washington was down 13-12 at that point, and could have taken a 2-point lead with 8:01 left on the clock. Quinn said they knew they had to be aggressive on the road against a tough division rival, but the execution wasn’t there on the play. He called it a bold call to go for it there, but it was the right call in that situation. Philadelphia’s offense was moving the ball, and they had just scored the go-ahead touchdown on their previous drive.
