The NFL Draft is upon us, so who do you want to see as the newest member of the New Orleans Saints?
With the NFL Draft coming up tonight, we asked our readers to let us know who they wanted the New Orleans Saints to pick:
After 204 votes the runaway winner is Penn State offensive tackle Olu Fashanu. Fashanu was an AP All-American last year and is the 2nd highest rated Tackle on most draft boards. If available, the Saints should definitely consider him as their offensive line situation is getting worse. With James Hurst retiring and Ryan Ramczyk struggling with his health, the Saints are in desperate need of offensive line help. Fashanu can provide stability that the Saints have not had at left tackle since losing Terron Armstead.
The Saints still have a lot of talent on offense a new offensive coordinator, so keeping Derek Carr upright should of course be paramount. Even if not Fashanu, it would be a shock if the Saints do not draft a tackle given how big of a need it is. So, expect the Saints to have a new left tackle Thursday night.
