After notching yet another win on the season in a 27-17 stomping of the Tennessee Titans, the Los Angeles Chargers look forward to next week as a nationally favored squad. According to out friends over at FanDuel Sportsbook, the Chargers are 1.5-point favorites over a 4-6 Cincinnati Bengals squad that just showed out on Thursday Night Football despite losing to the Ravens.
It’s encouraging seeing the respect nationally for Jim Harbaugh and the squad, and as this team becomes more comfortable in itself the more the likelihood of a playoff appearance becomes. Next week will be no easy task for the Bolts as Joe Burrow is in MVP form and the Cincinnati offense is as good as any in the league. If the Chargers want to walk away with a win they will need to be firing on all cylinders on defense to counteract the explosive passing attack in front of them.
