This Trap or Dive episode explores what it would take to for the Commanders to regain its division lead

The Commanders gear up for the Dallas Cowboys this week after an extended rest period from their matchup against the Philadephia Eagles. The next two-game stretch against the Cowboys and then Tennessee Titans is critical for Washington, not only for an opportunity to get back on the right foot offensively but to regain their footing in the division race. Washington is 1.5 games back against the Eagles, and at this point of the season, if their goal is to win the division, they cannot afford to lose multiple games moving forward.

One of the more important keys to getting back on track for the Commanders is key players' practice availability and an offensive line recovering from nagging injuries. Head Coach Dan Quinn mentioned how Jayden Daniels' lost valuable practice time with him and his teammates while injured, which has affected his rhythm and timing with the pass catchers.

In the latest Trap or Dive episode, we asked whether the Commanders could regain the division lead and what it would take.

You can listen to the full Trap or Dive episode below. We also discussed:

  • Dan Quinn claims Jayden Daniels is not injured
