Plus, the latest injury news leading up to Sunday’s road clash in Seattle
The Buffalo Bills brought in Amari Cooper to bolster their wide receivers room through the addition of a veteran who can create separation, win one-on-one-matchups, and serve as a vertical threat. In his first action with the Bills, Cooper hauled in four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown.
Today’s edition of Buffalo Rumblinks leads off by examining how Cooper is adjusting to the Bills offense, and how he has his sights set on playing a much larger role in the passing attack moving forward.
The Amari Cooper era didn’t get off to a great start in Buffalo, as Cooper dropped the first pass Josh Allen threw his way in last Sunday’s home win over the Tennessee Titans. But Cooper responded by catching the final four passes thrown his way, including a 12-yard touchdown pass early in the third quarter that gave the Bills the lead for good against Tennessee.
