Losing seasons often lead to big changes.

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Cleveland Browns fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

The Browns’ offense looked pretty good against the New Orleans Saints, but the defense fell apart in the fourth quarter, and the special teams unit took a dump. All of this came after the bye week, when you’d hope your team would be extra prepared. Now, at 2-8, the Browns’ slim playoff hopes are practically zero, which won’t do much for fan confidence levels I imagine.

We also asked two other questions, although both of them (in isolation) could have different results. The first is asking whether the Browns should fire head coach Kevin Stefanski this season, even though he’s not worried about a hot seat.

The other question asks whether the Browns should fire general manager Andrew Berry. It’s fair to separate the two. When you look at it, Stefanski has been a two-time head coach of the year in Cleveland — does one bad egg of a season erase that? Berry has received a lot of praise, but ultimately, the decision to trade for Deshaun Watson has been a massive failure, and now a lot of the other dominos are starting to unravel.
