Jed Wills, Jordan Hicks are out, what about Zay Flowers and Marlon Humphrey?
What many thought could be the first battle for the top of the AFC North has become a footnote in the Cleveland Browns 2024 season and a game the Baltimore Ravens could be overlooking. The Browns transition to QB Jameis Winston and Ken Dorsey calling plays gives Cleveland fans something to at least be intrigued by.
Health is a concern for the Browns as four players, including two starters, were ruled out Friday afternoon. OL Wyatt Teller, designated for return from IR, was reported as questionable at that time as well.
For the Ravens, potentially getting RB Keaton Mitchell could help but the status of CB Marlon Humphrey and WR Zay Flowers has been concerning all week.
Now, we have the final injury reports for both teams with their game designations:
We should know Teller’s status on Saturday. If Cleveland activates him from injured reserve, Teller will be playing on Sunday.
A lot of really interesting designations given their practice status. Flowers returned to practice but Humphrey did not. Wiggins was a full participant on Thursday but limited on Friday. There were reports of Jones being very limited in movement in practice as well.
