Who played and who didn’t during the Denver Broncos 41-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Hopefully football on Sunday will be an escape from the negatives of this past week, but whatever happens in the game, love your family and your kids and take care of yourself. Your health and their health are much bigger than football or politics.
Denver Broncos game-day inactives vs. the Baltimore Ravens: Zach Wilson, PJ Locke, Damarri Mathis, Kris Abrams-Draine, Frank Crum, Greg Dulcich, and Dondrea Tillman.
The entire OL and our starting QB played every offensive snap. Matt Peart got 10 snaps as the 6th offensive lineman.
The running back group had Javonte Williams play 39 snaps, Jaleel McLaughlin play 23 and Audric Estime play 10. Michael Burton got 10 at fullback.
The tight end group saw Adam Trautman get 44 snaps, Nate Adkins get 27 and Lucas Krull get 21. The Bronco TE group is not the worst in the league anymore, but they are still one of the worst.
Courtland Sutton got the most WR snaps with 61 while LJ Humphrey, DeVaughn Vele, Troy Franklin, and Marvin Mims played 35, 29, 29, and 25.
The two active offensive players who did not play at all were Jarrett Stidham and Calvin Throckmorton. Alex Palczewski played two snaps on special teams, but not play on offense.
Three defensive players played every snap Cody Barton, Riley Moss, and Patrick Surtain II. Devon Key played all but two snaps (poorly). Brandon Jones played all but two snaps.
On the defensive line Zach Allen, John Franklin-Myers, Jordan Jackson, Eyioma Uwazurike, Malcolm Roach, and DJ Jones played 50, 24, 21, 11, 27 and 24 snaps.
The other two ILBs, Kwon Alexander and Justin Strnad played 31 and 14 snaps. Alexander was in ostensibly to stop the run, but he looked lost in coverage.
The edge guys, Jonathon Cooper, Nik Bonitto, Jonah Elliss and Baron Browning played 37, 31, 24 and 24 snaps.
Ja’Quan McMillian and Levi Wallace played 26 and 1 snap.
Active defensive players who played on special teams but not on defense were JL Skinner, Tremon Smith, Keidron Smith and Levelle Bailey.
