The Philadelphia Eagles are getting back on track.
The team’s record seems better than the eye test, but the important thing is that they’re winning football games.
And while some are still hesitant about Nick Sirianni and his decision-making, clock management, and management of situational football, the offense is responding to Kellen Moore.
Moreover, it seems like Jalen Hurts is finding his stride again.
At least, that’s what Sam Cossell sees on them.
Talking on the Ross Tucker Podcast, the renowned analyst praised Hurts for his ability to take care of the football and avoid turnovers.

He also lauded him for his determination to take big shots down the field.
Granted, it helps when you have to prime playmaking wide receivers like A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, but still.
Hurts didn’t live up to the expectations last season after signing such a huge contract extension and being an MVP candidate in the prior campaign.
Some stated that he was pretty banged up and wasn’t on the same page with his head coach.
Then, he got off to a somewhat slow start this season, leading some to wonder if he was the guy they needed to lead them back to the top.
Hurts has always been great at shutting down all the outside noise, putting his head down, and working hard, and that’s exactly what he did amid all the criticism.
Some might still not be fully sold on this Philadelphia Eagles team, but the fact of the matter is that they keep finding ways to end up on top.
