The Dallas Cowboys cannot afford another setback on Sunday.
They’re not likely to have Dak Prescott, meaning it will be the Cooper Rush show.
They will face a red-hot team like the Philadelphia Eagles to make things even more complicated.
With that in mind, former NFL player Ross Tucker dug deep into this game to share his prediction on X.
Cooper Rush is 5-1 as a starting QB.
Eagles can’t afford a letdown against the Cowboys back up.

He claimed Rush was a capable starter, citing that he’s 5-1 in his career.
Then again, even though he lit up the Eagles a couple of years ago, the Cowboys had a much better supporting cast around him on both sides of the field that time around.
That’s why he believes the Eagles will win this game 24-16.
While he thinks the Cowboys will be able to keep it close and lose by a single possession, he doesn’t see Nick Sirianni’s team dropping the ball here.
To say that this has been a tough season for the Cowboys would be an understatement.
Mike McCarthy might be on the hot seat after how his team has performed this season, even with all the injuries.
Then again, as much as McCarthy should be blamed for some coaching-related issues, it’s not like he was put in a position to succeed this time.
The team slept on its laurels in the offseason and didn’t compensate for its losses by adding talent in free agency, so it’s hard to say that its record is surprising.
