Philadelphia Eagles fans went through an emotional roller coaster after recent social media activity by A.J. Brown.
Brown changed his profile picture to Tom Brady, a move that caused fans to spiral.
Some believed that Brown was using this photo to indicate that he was going to the New England Patriots, while others thought, maybe, that Brown was going to join Brady on a new team, given his recent comments about unretiring.
While this situation incited confusion, Brown made sure to clear the air with a now-deleted tweet, which JPA Football shared.
Brown wrote a paragraph indicating that he had no ulterior motives in writing this post and that he was merely paying respect to one of the best football players in NFL history.

Unless his comments are disingenuous, it appears that Eagles fans have nothing to worry about.
Brown has connected well with Jalen Hurts during their time together, and it seems open and ready to go, hopefully, to help make the Eagles one of the best teams in the NFC again.
They started the year strong in 2023 but had one of the most unfortunate collapses in recent history.
As long as Hurts, Brown, and DeVonta Smith are connected, good things are bound to ensue for this offense.
The Eagles have been one of the best teams in the NFC for several years, and while they might have had a small hiccup last year, they have proven that they can bounce back from adversity, which they hope to do in 2024.
