The AFC standings are in flux after some big Week 7 results.

The Buffalo Bills didn’t just wallop the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8, they got a lot of help in the AFC Playoff Picture.

Ahead of the Bills, the Baltimore Ravens lost though the Houston Texans were able to pull out a victory. The Pittsburgh Steelers play on Monday Night Football and the Kansas City Chiefs are playing a close game against the las Vegas Raiders.

In the AFC East, CHAOS! The New England Patriots summoned up their grit and put down the New York Jets despite losing QB Drake Maye to a concussion. The jets are 0-3 since firing Robert Saleh as head coach.

We’ll keep updating this until the end of Week 8.

How does Monday Night Football impact the AFC playoff standings?

If the Steelers win, they will pass the Buffalo Bills into third place in the AFC thanks to conference record.

If Pittsburgh loses, they will fall into a tie with the Ravens in the AFC North. The Steelers at 0-0 in the AFC North are technically ahead of the Ravens at 1-1, but Pittsburgh also wins the first tiebreaker on AFC record. Pittsburgh would stay fourth.
