Travis Hunter is a popular choice for top pick in all NFL Mock drafts including to the Browns
The Cleveland Browns are settled into focusing on next season. The team may not have quit but it is obvious how little each game matters to most players. That is not a slam on them as a vast majority are veterans who either developed here with hopes of a deep playoff run in 2024 or were brought in with Super Bowl aspirations.
Doesn’t matter now as the Browns and NFL draft are the key search words and topics of conversation, on top of who might be on the hot seat and will Monday Night Football in Week 13 be flexed out.
Cleveland is currently slotted with the third overall selection in the 2025 NFL draft so we used Pro Football Focus’ Mock Draft Simulator to create a new Browns mock draft. PFF is estimating compensatory picks which adds to Cleveland’s selections below. For the sake of this mock, we also moved the Browns into the first slot since they are currently tied for the position:
CB/WR Travis Hunter, Colorado
We covered Hunter after the Week 11 loss but an electric player that can impact the game in literally every phase of it. Outside of a quarterback, the most impactful player in the upcoming draft is Hunter.
DL Tyleik Williams, The Ohio State
With Dalvin Tomlinson in his last few years in the NFL, the Browns pair Williams up with Mike Hall Jr. once again.
OT Blake Miller, Clemson
QB Kurtis Rourke, Indiana
Cleveland needs help on the offensive line and, if Dorian Thompson-Robinson is not the guy, need a developmental quarterback. They get both here.
The priority is who the Browns get early here so the long list with a couple of notes about the rest of Cleveland’s Mock Draft:
