Let’s start with the facts. The Houston Texans lost the game 32-27. If you were flying above from 100,000 feet on the Space Station you’d be forgiven if you thought this was an offensive shootout. Per Ralph Vacchiano, Giants HC Brian Daboll plans to start QB Tommy DeVito against the Cowboys on Thursday if he is healthy.
