The Indianapolis Colts today released their Friday injury report for Week 6 of the NFL season ahead of their Sunday game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Cornerback Kenny Moore has been ruled OUT for Sundays game against the Arizona Cardinals due to an Achilles injury. There had been optimism that Moore could return to practice this week but it appears it’s still early in his rehab to practice yet. With Moore out expect the Colts to elevate Mike Hilton to the active roster again this week.

Nelson has been having a really weird season to evaluate so far. On one hand, he is among the best run blockers in the NFL, Steichen is really creative getting him into space with JT running behind him, and is one of the biggest reasons why Taylor is having such a dominant season. On the other hand however, he has been suspect in pass-protection, with the lowest PFF.com grade in that department thus far for the Colts’ offensive line, and the lowest in his career. It is worth monitoring whether this has been just a bleep in...

You were giving 5 choices to determine how confident that you were in Daniel Jones moving forward, based on an arbitrary signing value. The supremely confident would pay more than the amount to get him locked in right now. The very confident would sign him to the assigned value right now. The somewhat confident would wait until a later date to sign. The largest contingent are still in “Wait and see” mode. The last group are apparently not swayed by Jones’ early play, or are still hoping to be bad enough to get Ballard fired.

Starting wide receiver Alec Pierce missed his second game because of a concussion, and veteran Ashton Dulin took over the spot left after Adonai Mitchell’s mistakes resulted in his benching. 2 receptions for 55 yards is a statline that does not reflect the impact Dulin had on the game, and it is worth taking into account that a holding flag by Joe Bachie wiped out a kickoff return for a touchdown by Dulin. Pierce should be back this week, but Dulin has once again shown a reliability and grit that makes him the ideal...

According to OverTheCap, the Indianapolis Colts have restructured veteran cornerback Kenny Moore II’s contract to free up $3.8 million in extra team salary cap space this season:
Obviously, the move has less to do about Moore II, and more about what the Colts may be thinking or planning on doing next roster moves wise—with the NFL trade deadline approaching on November 4th.
Per OTC, the Colts are currently projected to have around $7.9 million of available team salary cap space.
Maybe with the recent signing of former Las Vegas Raiders and Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt, whose contract details are...

Ah, winning. Supporting a winning team increases dopamine and pushes fans to seek more input regarding their favorite team: social media, sports talk radio, analysts coverage, and just watching more sports in general. Instead of having to hide from the world for an entire week to forgot about a bad team, winning just makes everything that much better. The Indianapolis Colts have been winning. Being 4-1 to start the year has been an incredible change in direction from previous seasons, and Chris Ballard deserves credit. Has there been enough winning to make him feel comfortable, though?

Indianapolis, IN — The Indianapolis Colts’ offense has blossomed into one of the league’s best units. Top-tier production and near-historical efficiency to start the season have resulted in one of the bigger offensive turnarounds in recent memory.
Just a season ago, with both Anthony Richardson and Joe Flacco at the helm, the biggest issue with Indy’s offense was that of late-down consistency. Sure, the Colts were patching together some decent drives with more big shots taken, but the down-to-down operation was not a confident one. The addition of Daniel Jones has undeniably served as the missing piece to this offense,...
