NFL Week 12 takeaways: Missteps could cost Texans, other contenders | USA Today
17. Chiefs QB Patrick Patrick Mahomes is heating up, matching his season high with three TD passes in Charlotte – and giving him 10 over the past four games. However the two-time league MVP was also sacked a season-high five times.
18. At least newly signed K Spencer Shrader was up to his tasks, converting all three of his PATs and all three of his field goals in his Chiefs debut, including the game-winning three-pointer...

Losing is one thing, but losing the way the Giants did on Sunday and then having players question each other’s effort is another
[T]hings went as badly as they could possibly go once the game started.
The team captain was a liability for the Patriots in Week 12 against the Dolphins
If actions do indeed speak louder than words, the New England Patriots made a pretty clear statement when they signed Kyle Dugger to a four-year, $58 million contract extension in April. He was a player to build around on the defensive side of the ball, and an integral piece of both the team’s present and future.
Fast forward eight months, and the Patriots may have another decision to make when it comes to Dugger. They need to assess whether they want to keep him in...
Pittsburgh Steelers WR George Pickens was not convinced that the better team won on Thursday against the Cleveland Browns. Or at least, he doesn’t think that the Browns are very good—at all. Perhaps they’re not, but, to Pickens’ mind, they managed to sneak one by the Steelers due to the inclement weather. Specifically, it snowed […]

New York Giants news for Tuesday
Good morning, New York Giants fans!
Sean Payton clarified on Monday that his comments about a different team this year weren’t about one QB over another. It may not be about Russell Wilson, but it is definitely about Bo Nix.
After the win over the Las Vegas Raiders, Sean Payton noted that “last year’s team doesn’t win this game.”
He elaborated that it was the “grit” and “mental toughness” from this current iteration that was the difference.
“This is an entirely different team from a year ago,” he had said. “That’s no discredit to last year’s team. It just is what it is.”
During his Monday...
The post Announcers Revealed for Steelers-Bengals Week 13 Game appeared first on Steelers Now.
The Pittsburgh Steelers’ game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13 will be announced by the No. 2 NFL on CBS crew of Ian Eagle (play-by-play), Charles Davis (color) and Evan Washburn (sideline). It will be the crew’s fourth Steelers game this year after they called the team’s Week 6 contest against the Las Vegas Raiders, the Week 10 game against the Washington Commanders and Week 11 win over the Baltimore Ravens. The Steelers are 3-0 in the three previous game called by Eagle, Davis and...

The New York Giants (2-9) will visit the Dallas Cowboys (4-7) at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Thursday evening in a Week 13 Thanksgiving Day battle.
That, of course, provides those of us here at Giants Wire the opportunity to hypothetically steal from the Cowboys’ roster in search of depth and/or talent upgrades for Big Blue for the second time this season.
Earlier this year, we opted to steal cornerback Trevon Diggs but he has fallen off considerably. He’s off the board for this cycle.
Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, edge rusher Micah Parsons, and linebacker Eric Kendricks are all...
More so than the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Baltimore Ravens and the Cincinnati Bengals are exposing the Los Angeles Chargers, it seems. In their first nine games, they held every team to 20 points or less. But the Bengals put up 27 on them and the Ravens just dropped 30. While the Chargers held the Browns […]
