INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Joey Porter Jr. went down with an injury in the third quarter of Sunday night’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Porter limped off the field and went into the blue medical tent to get further evaluated.
With Porter injured, Chuck Clark went to safety and Ramsey replaced Porter at cornerback. Porter returned on the following series.
Porter was the second cornerback to suffer an injury in Sunday night’s game. Darius Slay sustained a concussion in the first half and is out for the remainder of the game.

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Darius Slay went down with an injury in the second quarter of Sunday night’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Steelers announced that Slay is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return.
Slay got injured on a friendly fire incident when making a tackle on Chargers running back Kimani Vidal. Safeties Kyle Duggar and Jalen Ramsey collided into Slay’s helmet.

Steelers cornerback Darius Slay left Pittsburgh’s Sunday Night Football matchup with the Chargers after taking a hit to the head early in the second quarter.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Slay is being evaluated for a concussion.
While tackling Chargers running back Kimani Vidal, Slay was hit from behind by safety Kyle Dugger, with both players’ helmets colliding.
Slay was slow to get up and was attended to by the team’s trainers. He’s yet to receive a game status from the team.

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — The Pittsburgh Steelers listed six players as inactives for Sunday night’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers — wide receiver Scotty Miller (broken finger), safety Jabrill Peppers (quad), left guard Isaac Seumalo (pectoral), inebacker Cole Holcomb (illness), defensive tackle Brodric Martin-Rhodes (healthy scratch) and defensive lineman Logan Lee (healthy scratch).
Miller, Peppers, Seumalo and Holcomb were ruled out on Friday.
Tight end Connor Heyward (knee), tight end Darnell Washington (foot) and outside linebacker Alex Highsmith (ankle) will all play after missing practice time this week. Safety Chuck Clark (illness) will return after missing last week’s game.
