The Las Vegas Raiders are facing the 2-8 Cleveland Browns on Sunday, with the fight for a top-five pick. Both teams are struggling this season, and the winner would have the tiebreaker in draft position.
Shedeur Sanders will be making his first start of the season this week. After a draft drop that caused controversy, Sanders landed in Cleveland. He was a healthy scratch for most of the season, but after a concussion to Dillion Gabriel, he will get his opportunity to display his talents.
Patrick Graham believes the key to stopping the Browns this week is to slow down...

After only listing defensive tackle Jonah Laulu (ribs) on the first injury report of Week 12, the Las Vegas Raiders added defensive end Maxx Crosby, defensive tackle Leki Fotu and guard Dylan Parham to Thursday’s report ahead of the matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
Crosby is battling a knee injury, while Fotu has an issue with his heel and Parham is listed with an Achilles injury. The good news for the Raiders is that all four players, including Laulu, participated in practice. Laulu, Crosby and Fotu were all limited while Parham was a full participant.
Barring a setback from Crosby,...

Raise your hand if you remember the Art Shell-led 2006 Oakland Raiders.
If your hand was shaking at the awful memory, I don’t blame you.
That team featured Art Shell’s return to the coaching game after a 12-season hiatus — the 60-year-old last coached the Raiders back in 1994 — and then-owner Al Davis’ decision for Shell Game The Sequel was quite disastrous. Not only did Raider Nation get Shell 2.0, the coach brought back his old offensive coordinator Tom Walsh. Like the head coach, the play caller had a 12-year gap between the last time he coached the Silver...

One could argue that Week 12 is the most important game on the Las Vegas Raiders’ schedule. While a matchup with the Cleveland Browns has no playoff implications, it will go a long way toward determining the 2026 NFL draft order. With that in mind, hit me with any draft questions for this week’s mailbag.
As always, anything Raiders-related is on the table and fire away with anything that’s on your mind. Send your questions my way by either dropping a comment in the comments section below, tweeting at me (@MHolder95) or via email at [email protected]. I’ll follow up with...

Brace yourselves, we could be in for a rough one this weekend. I don’t think anyone outside of the two fanbases will be paying much attention to the Week 12 matchup between the 2-8 Cleveland Browns and 2-8 Las Vegas Raiders, but there is a lot on the line when it comes to the 2026 NFL draft order. Also, every game counts in our Silver and Black Pride Pick’em competition!

I want to mention Mateer having 53 forced missed tackles in his 2024 season which was 4th in all of college football among every offensive player because it is fascinating. Mateer has an NFL caliber arm, and an above average one at that, he does a good job developing consistent touch and velocity on his pass attempts while also having the ability to complete pass attempts 45+ yards...

With the 2-8 Cleveland Browns and 2-8 Las Vegas Raiders facing off in Week 12, this game has big implications when it comes to the 2026 NFL draft order. The Browns currently own the third overall pick while the Raiders sit at No. 6 heading into the weekend, per Tankathon. So, the “winner” of this game could actually be the team that loses, considering both clubs should be building for the future. With that in mind, this week’s key matchups will continue to focus on the Raiders’ younger players.
On that note, while many may expect to see current NFL...

Here is a look at how the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2023 draft class fared in a 33-16 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 11 and what it means looking ahead to Sunday’s home game against the Cleveland Browns.
Tyree Wilson:
The No. 7 overall draft pick played 43 percent of the snaps (he averages 44 percent) and had three tackles including a quarterback hit. Thus, he was his typical so-so self.
Michael Mayer:
The second-round pick played 76 percent of the snaps up from his average of 61 percent. He had three catches on four targets for 13...

Myles Garrett is the hottest football player alive.
And the Las Vegas Raiders have to deal with him Sunday.
The Cleveland Browns superstar defensive end had had 10 sacks in the past three games. Yes, 10 sacks in the past three games. Garrett, who had four acks against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 11, has had four games in which he’s had, at least, four sacks in his career.
He is absolutely destroying quarterbacks. Garrett has become the first NFL player since 1982 to record, at least, 12 sacks in six straight seasons. He has 15 sacks this season, more...

While a lot has been made about the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 NFL draft class getting little to no playing time this season, one rookie who saw the field a lot against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football is defensive lineman Tonka Hemingway.
According to Pro Football Focus, the South Carolina product recorded 38 total snaps in Week 11. However, outside of a fumble recovery, Hemingway had a quiet night by not even recording a tackle. To make matters worse, he received an ugly 28.0 grade from PFF due in part to having a missed tackle and failing to...
