The Philadelphia Eagles are still undefeated.
Nick Sirianni’s team kept its foot on the gas, and while it wasn’t pretty, it got the job done.
That’s why Jalen Hurts couldn’t care less about his underwhelming stats.
Following the narrow win over the Kansas City Chiefs, the Oklahoma product had an interesting choice of words:
“The game isn’t won off of fireworks. It’s won off scoring more points than the other team,” Hurts said.

The Cincinnati Bengals find themselves in the unfortunate position of needing a quarterback after the news came out on Monday that starter Joe Burrow will miss up to three months after suffering a turf toe injury that will require surgery.
As luck would have it, there is a team just 249 miles to the North that could be accommodating.
Two weeks into the season, and coming off a demoralizing loss to the Baltimore Ravens, it is starting to feel like another lost season for the Cleveland Browns.
So if the Bengals called this week about a quarterback, would the Browns...
Next March, Tom Brady will compete in a Flag Football tournament in Saudi Arabia. Afterward, Brady seemingly hinted at the possibility of him competing in the first-ever Flag Football Olympics in 2028, per Daniel Popper of The Athletic.
“We’ll see,” Brady said. “Let’s see how this game goes.”
Tom Brady announced today that he is playing in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic, an exhibition tournament in Saudi Arabia in March. Brady was asked by @JourdanRodrigue if he would want to be involved in flag football in the Olympics: “We’ll see. Let’s see how this game goes.” pic.twitter.com/7hqwq0WQP8

Week 2 of the 2025 season saw the New Orleans Saints fall to the San Francisco 49ers 26-21. For the second week in a row, the Saints fought for 4 quarters, with both games coming down to the final 2 minutes. We saw Spencer Rattler have an incredible day, finishing 25 of 34 for 207 yards and 3 TDs, however it just was not enough. While penalties were less of an issue this week, kicker Blake Grupe missed another easy field goal, leaving 3 points on the field.
After two weeks, the Saints are 0-2 having lost by a total...
Week two concludes with a Monday Night Football double header. In the first game of the evening, we have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers traveling to Houston to take on the Texans.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers come into this matchup 1-0 after a a close 23-20 win over the Atlanta Falcons. Quarterback Baker Mayfield was able orchestrate a game winning drive throwing a touchdown pass to rookie wide receiver Emeka Egbuka with less than a minute to go. Overall Mayfield found the end zone three times and will look to keep that momentum going against a stingy Texans defense.
The Houston...
“One is an accident, two is a coincidence, but three is a pattern.” This would be the quote to describe OLB T.J. Watt’s lack of recent production as a pass rusher. The Steelers just signed Watt to a three-year contract extension this offseason totaling $123 million with $108 million guaranteed. They hoped their former NFL […]
Parker Romo’s perfect night may have solved kicker competition, while injury concerns loom for Week 3
The Atlanta Falcons head into their Week 3 home opener against the Carolina Panthers with several roster questions to resolve following their dominant 22-6 victory over Minnesota on Sunday Night Football.
The most pressing decision centers around the kicking position, where newcomer Parker Romo’s flawless five-for-five field goal performance may have definitively ended the competition with veteran Younghoe Koo. Romo, who had been with the team for just five days before being elevated from the practice squad, not only handled the pressure of prime...
The Lions’ 50-burger wasn’t necessarily out of the ordinary for a Detroit team that has been a top-five offense for the past three years. But this time was different because former OC Ben Johnson wasn’t at the wheels with a play sheet, he was on the opposite sideline as the head coach of the Bears. Lions S Brian Branch told reporters Johnson “could have went anywhere” and it wasn’t lost on the building that he chose a division rival. There definitely was a sense after the game that the Lions were sending a message.

For the second time in 2025, the Philadelphia Eagles went up against the Kansas City Chiefs and secured a victory.
Facing off against former head coach Andy Reid in a heat battle, this time in enemy territory, the Eagles did just enough on offense, dominated on defense, and even picked off Patrick Mahomes at a key moment to rob Kansas City of any momentum down the stretch, with rookie Andrew Mukuba coming close to matching Cooper DeJean’s Super Bowl pick-6 if it wasn’t for a late tackle by left tackle Jonathon Simmons.
Discussing Philadelphia’s big win over the Chiefs in...
The Houston Texans host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first game of tonight’s Monday Night Football doubleheader. The Bucs are coming into this one fresh off a big win last week, while the Texans are looking to rebound from last week’s loss. Will the Bucs continue their hot start? Can the Texans get into the win column? Let’s tune in to find out!

The Minnesota Vikings sit at 1-1 overall with JJ McCarthy leading the offense. McCarthy won over his team and Vikings fans by leading an epic Week 1 comeback over the Chicago Bears. But now there’s new concerns as one insider pointed out.
McCarthy is now dealing with a high ankle sprain following Sunday’s loss to the Atlanta Falcons. He’s expected to miss up to four games. Minnesota and head coach Kevin O’Connell can breathe some relief as McCarthy’s injury isn’t similar to his torn ACL of 2024.
Yet a former NFL player turned analyst/insider expressed being “concerned” Monday for McCarthy....
The Cincinnati Bengals may have walked away with a dramatic 31-27 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, but it’s what happened after the game that made headlines. While superstar wide-receiver Ja’Marr Chase delivered a dominant performance on the field, his actions off the field showed leadership that went far beyond stats.
Chase finished with 14 catches for 165 yards and a touchdown—his most productive game to date with Jake Browning under center. But instead of highlighting his own performance, the 2024 first-team All-Pro wideout took to his Instagram story to shine a spotlight on his teammates. He shared a picture of...
