The Minnesota Vikings have signed former Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Nick Vannett, the team announced on Monday. This is the ninth stop in his NFL career, having spent last year with the Tennessee Titans.

The Steelers had acquired Vannett from the Seattle Seahawks for a fifth-round 2020 NFL Draft choice in a trade midway through the 2019 season, but he did not have much of an impact. He caught 13 passes for 128 yards over 13 games in Pittsburgh.
