The Seattle Seahawks won’t need their passports to play a football game this season.
As largely expected, the Seahawks will once again sit out the NFL’s International Series, which expands to a record nine games in 2026 and includes first ever trips to Australia and France. Their only possible destinations were London, England, to play the Washington Commanders, or Mexico City, Mexico, for a divisional game against the San Francisco 49ers. Seattle would’ve been a designated road team in both instances.
If you’re curious as to which games are headed to which countries, here’s the full list!

In about 48 hours, the Seattle Seahawks will have their 2026 regular season schedule unveiled. As Super Bowl champions, we should expect to see a lot of national attention on the Seahawks. Their schedule is friendly toward a lot of glamor games, whether for primetime or as the main fixture of a Sunday doubleheader.
Let’s do some predicting of Seattle’s primetime and national TV schedule! I’m doing things a little differently this year and not ranking likelihood of a primetime matchup.
As a reminder: Teams are allowed a maximum of six primetime games, with a seventh permitted for Week 18....

The Seattle Seahawks are back on top, and so is their recruiting department.
Before making a decision in free agency, Dante Fowler Jr. was pitched the most promising offer of all from DeMarcus Lawrence: a legitimate shot to win the Vince Lombardi Trophy with the Seahawks.
Lawrence, who went to Seattle last year after 11 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, played a big part in helping to bring Fowler to the Emerald City. The 34-year-old defensive end made an intriguing offer for his former Cowboys teammate, luring Fowler away from Dallas in pursuit of another championship.

With the NFL schedule release rapidly approaching, leaks, rumors, and early confirmations are already beginning to surface across the league. We’ll be updating this tracker throughout the week as more information about the Seattle Seahawks’ 2025 schedule becomes available ahead of the official release.
A few potential Week 1 matchups for the Seattle Seahawks have already been ruled out. The announcement of the Dallas Cowboys facing the New York Giants in the season-opening Sunday Night Football game removed two possible Seahawks opponents from the board.
Meanwhile, the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos are also reportedly set for a Week...

The wait continues to find out the first opponent the reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks will play this September. Thanks to the NFL’s marketing genius of slow-releasing the full schedule, we’re able to do process of elimination as far as what’s in store for the Seahawks in Week 1.
Patrick Mahomes might be recovering from an ACL tear suffered last December, but that isn’t stopping the league from chancing it that he’ll be all systems go come early September. ESPN’s first Monday Night Football game of the year will be the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos.

“I’m the most physical corner in this draft class.”
That is what Seattle Seahawks cornerback Julian Neal told reporters in the conference call with the media after his selection as the 99th pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. Physical cornerbacks seem to be a staple here in Seattle. Fans can think back to players like Brandon Browner, Byron Maxwell, Marcus Trufant, Shaquill Griffin, and more recently with Devon Witherspoon and Josh Jobe. But one name I didn’t mention seems to be one people who have watched Neal in practice and watched his tape seem to tie him to, Richard Sherman:...

The 2026 NFL schedule will be released this week on May 14th. The Seattle Seahawks, as defending Super Bowl champions already know that they will be kicking off the season on Wednesday, September 9th on NBC. Although there are rumors that the Seahawks opening night opponent will be the Chicago Bears, there is still nothing concrete.
Well, some more news came out that can concretely cross off two other potential opening night opponents for Seattle. It was announced that the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys will play each other on Sunday Night Football in week one. What this means...

How does everybody feel about Jadarian Price in the first round? The fact that it feels like the Seattle Seahawks made good use of their other picks to address needs make me like it even more than if it were in a vacuum.
Let’s take a look at all of the running backs that the Seattle Seahawks have taken in the first three rounds of the NFL draft this century, and the circumstances surrounding each.
It’s a great line of demarcation, with 25 years worth of data. There’s also the fact that 2000 is the year that eventual Seahawks GM,...

After opening their draft with Jadarian, the Seahawks almost doubled down on the theme in Round 2 with a Ja’Darius. At pick No. 64, Seattle selected Ja’Darius ‘Bud’ Clark, a versatile defensive back out of TCU who projects as one of the more intriguing fits in Mike Macdonald’s evolving secondary. With Coby Bryant now in Chicago, Seattle clearly wanted another movable chess piece capable of wearing multiple hats on the back end.
Clark arrives in the NFL carrying the reputation of a true ball-hawk. The question now becomes: how exactly will Seattle deploy him?
