The Las Vegas Raiders are in line to have the number one pick in the draft. If they lose to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday the Raiders will have a chance to change their franchise with their first time picking one since 2007.

Of course, Raider Nation does not want a repeat of the last time they selected a quarterback in the first round. JaMarcus Russell was a disaster and set the franchise back until the franchise drafted Derek Carr. The Kansas City Chiefs head coach and primary offensive play caller makes no bones about making a mockery of the Las Vegas Raiders defense during his tenure. Remember the “Ring Around the Rosie” play Reid deployed just two seasons ago?

Cam Miller’s career with the Las Vegas Raiders is over before it truly began.

Thursday, three days before the season finale, the rookie quarterback has left the Raiders’ practice squad and has signed with the Miami Dolphins’ 53-man man roster. That means, Miller, a sixth-round draft pick from North Dakota State, is now property of the Dolphins for the rest of his rookie contract unless he is waived in the future. But, Miller will now head to the Dolphins and be part of their 2026 offseason.
