The Las Vegas Raiders have promoted linebacker Jamin Davis to the 53-man roster from the practice squad.

Davis replaced starting right guard Jackson Powers-Johnson, who was officially put on the injured reserve. He injured his ankle in Week 10 and he reportedly may miss the rest of the season.

It was clear Jackson Powers-Johnson’s injury status wasn’t great, but now it appears it could be a worse-case scenario situation.

NFL Media reported Monday morning that, as expected, the right guard will go on the injured reserve and he could be out for the final eight games of the season.
