Our look back doesn’t depend on just one criteria for our rankings. We take into consideration things like how big the game was for the organization, how memorable the game was, games that had unusual events take place, games that are a part of NFL lore, Cowboys firsts, and games where the Cowboys just plain dominated. From the hiring of Christian Parker to using the franchise tag on George Pickens and everything in between, the Dallas Cowboys have made several important moves so far in the offseason in the hopes of becoming a much-improved team for the upcoming 2026 NFL season. Some of these moves will be more impactful than others and that there could even be more additions made before the season gets underway. Below is how we rank the Cowboys Top 10 offseason moves prior to the start of training camp.
Re-signing T.J. Bass was in contention for the...

The Dallas Cowboys’ biggest advantage on their roster at the moment is tied to who they have at wide receiver. CeeDee Lamb has been one of the better wideouts in the NFL for a few years now, and this past season George Pickens announced himself as more than just a sidekick.
Together Lamb and Pickens comprise arguably the best wide receiver group in the entire league. According to ESPN’s rankings of wide receivers – these are based on their sourcing of league executives, coaches, and scouts – they literally do have the best wide receiver group in the entire league....

There is no shortage of excitement for the Dallas Cowboys, even when things don’t go according to plan. We have been subjected to 30 years of disappointment, but that doesn’t mean there haven’t been moments when a little dose of hope has crept in. Despite the letdowns, there have been some really fun moments during this long drought, and sometimes it is just nice to look back and remember how it made us feel. Today, we want to travel back nearly 20 years and relive one of the most electric nights for the team during this span.
This memory takes...

The content of this article is going to make you feel things. Apologies for that.
Recently Tony Romo was a guest on an episode of Pardon My Take, a rare podcast appearance of this variety for the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback. As you can imagine Romo touched on a number of topics throughout the interview, many centered around his broadcasting career, but his time under center for America’s Team was also on the menu.
At one point Romo was asked about how he chose retirement (and working for CBS) over joining another NFL team. To be clear, for anyone unaware...

The Dallas Cowboys will open training camp in about two weeks. Their first preseason game is in about four weeks, and the season opener is just eight weeks away. Among other things, that means win-total projections for 2026 are going to be coming in hot and fast. And some of them are already in:

I am counting down the days until training camp starts because, checking my posts over the last month, I have covered just about anything there is to cover without drama this offseason.
With that in mind, that is a great thing. I enjoy being able to just do my own little posts and diving into things that I normal wouldn’t have the time to do because we would be worrying about all the drama that is going on with this football team during the offseason.
Now, with that said, as I was looking over the death chart once again, I...
The Dallas Cowboys pass rush depth took a hit ahead of the season.
Cowboys outside linebacker Charles Snowden has been suspended by the NFL for the first three games of the 2026 regular season, according to the league wire.
According to reports from NFL Media, Snowden’s suspension is part of a violation of the league’s personal conduct policy stemming from a DUI in 2024.
The league released the following on Snowden’s suspension:
“Dallas’ Charles Snowden, DE,...

The first five groups is where I would say it was easy to rank the positions in the power rankings.
After that, I moved things around, talked myself out of one room for another, just to put it back the way I had it in the first place. Every group I have left has something to like, but also enough shakiness to make me stop short of fully trusting them.
To say this is where the roster might get a little dicey, may be an understatement.
I have Rashan Gary doing a lot of the...
So many things go into an NFL team having a successful season. Coaching, injuries, roster depth, plain ol’ luck, good or bad – they can all play a part in how well a team plays. But there is one thing that is almost always a barometer of how well a team is doing, and that’s the play at quarterback.
Sure, a QB can play well while his defense lets him down (cough, 2025 Cowboys, cough), or a world-class defense can lift a team despite the shortcomings of its QB. In general, though, how your QB goes is a good indicator...

A short time before training camp opens up for the Dallas Cowboys, we do have some roster related news.
The NFL announced that reserve defensive edge rusher Charles Snowden has been suspended for the first three games of the NFL season. He arrived to the Cowboys after three seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders. His suspension likely stems from a DUI arrest in Las Vegas back in 2024. Snowden, an alumnus of UVA, has totaled 4.5 sacks in his NFL career with a career-best three of them in 15 games with the Raiders in 2025.
Snowden’s length at 6’6” and...
