On Thursday night, the Buffalo Bills will travel down to Texas to take on the Houston Texans in the first matchup of Week 12. This is a big game for both teams on a national stage a week out from Thanksgiving because it’s at this point when teams start to make their push for the postseason. However, there’s more to life than just football and this week the NFL will use its platform to shine a light on some truly worthwhile causes.
Beginning with Bills-Texans, the NFL will once again highlight their My Cause My Cleats campaign. This enables players...

Whether it’s tailgating or homegating, fans of the Buffalo Bills are known to be elite tier when it comes to food. Wingin’ It returns for it’s eighth season of Mad Hatter-esque recipes taking inspiration from the Buffalo Bills and their opponents.
Editor in Chief Matt Byham has contributed a ton to this series over the years and the latest contribution is suggesting I try my hand at pho. Looking through opponent cities, Houston has a significant Vietnamese population and was an easy choice. There were a few problems though. It was a short week, I hadn’t done...

Week 11 was much kinder to the Buffalo Bills than the previous few weeks. In fact, almost everything went their way starting with a big win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Orchard Park, NY. Several other key playoff-minded teams took losses during Week 11, helping the Bills move up one spot in the race for the postseason. There’s even a new name on top of the conference leader board this week with the Colts having been on bye.
Unfortunately, the New England Patriots still came away with a win thanks to yet another crash landing by the New York...

The Buffalo Bills are headed back down south this week, facing off against the Houston Texans in a pivotal game for each team’s playoff chances. Buffalo could not only fortify their Wild Card standing with a victory, but they would ensure a tiebreaker over every team that currently sits at 5-5. The Bills already beat the Baltimore Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs, so a win over Houston would help tremendously in their quest for a franchise-record seventh consecutive playoff berth.
With a loss, however, two things would be true. First, it would widen the gulf between Buffalo and the...

The Houston Texans are riding a two-game winning streak heading into Thursday night’s showdown with the Buffalo Bills. Making Houston’s win streak more impressive is that they’ve done it with a backup quarterback, as Davis Mills has stepped in and played well in place of C.J. Stroud. Houston’s starter has missed the last two games with a concussion, and he’s been ruled out for Week 12.
With the league’s No. 1 scoring defense and an offense full of weapons, the Texans are not a team to take lightly. Whether it’s Stroud or Mills throwing passes, Houston has more than enough...

For the 17th time in his NFL career, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has once again been named AFC Offensive Player of the Week (OPotW). The latest award follows a dominant performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, though his efforts were several steps closer to legendary.
The number 17 is pretty special to Allen. His earning AFC OPotW 17 times stands as an NFL record since entering the league back in 2018. Against the Buccaneers, Allen went 19-of-30 for 317 yards and three passing touchdowns and two interceptions; adding six rushes for 40 yards and another three touchdowns.

The Buffalo Bills reclaimed their footing in the AFC East with an exciting 44-32 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Highmark Stadium, improving to 7-3 on the season. In a game that featured nine lead changes, quarterback Josh Allen continued to write his name deeper into the NFL record books, accounting for six total touchdowns. Yet, for all the offensive success — Buffalo racked up 451 total yards — the defense showed cracks, surrendering 202 rushing yards and allowing Baker Mayfield to carve them up for 212 total yards and two scores.
As the Bills gear up for a...

The Buffalo Bills have had a very busy injury report this week, which isn’t an ideal situation to be in with a short week to prepare for their Week 12 road game against the Houston Texans. With a practice plan that involved only walkthroughs the last three days, there was a lot of interest in which players would be given the green light for Thursday Night Football. Designations during walkthrough sessions are meant to reveal how a player would be listed if the team held a full practice session.
Ahead of Wednesday’s walkthrough, head coach Sean McDermott revealed that tight...

The Buffalo Bills will face quarterback Davis Mills instead of C.J. Stroud when they play the Houston Texans on Thursday Night Football.
Stroud, Houston’s starting quarterback, has been dealing with symptoms of a concussion for the past two and a half weeks. While he’s still in the NFL’s concussion protocol, the third-year signal caller did progress to being a limited participant in Tuesday’s practice. Protocol says that if he completed the practice and had no symptoms after, he can be a full participant the following day. In order to be eligible to play, he must complete a practice with contact...
