Last Saturday night, Mike Tyson fought Jake Paul in one of the most anticipated boxing matches in recent memory. Paul won pretty easily, but the fight didn’t completely take center stage that night. Netflix, the streaming service airing the fight, struggled throughout the night, and viewers’ inability to stream the fight without issues on their […]
It’s no secret that Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Chris Boswell has had the special sauce this year, earning his second AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honor this season following a stunning outing against the Baltimore Ravens. In Week 11, he accounted for each of the team’s 18 points with six total field goals made — including three from 50+ yards.
It was the second game this season where Boswell had made six field goals — the first time being back in Week 1’s 18-10 road win over the Atlanta Falcons, having also won AFC Special Teams Player of the...
It’s a little outdated to make a Halloween reference but the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Thursday night game against the Cleveland Browns could be trick or treat. On paper, the Steelers should easily win. The Steelers are 8-2 and in first place, the Browns 2-8 and bringing up the division’s rear. But the AFC North is well-known […]
The Pittsburgh Steelers are riding high. They’re coming off an emotional division win and have cemented themselves as one of the top contenders in the AFC with an 8-2 record. After their win on Sunday, they’ve got a short week on their hands. The Steelers hit the road to take on the Cleveland Browns on […]
The post Browns Rule Out Starting Left Tackle vs. Steelers appeared first on Steelers Now.
The Cleveland Browns ruled offensive tackle Jedrick Wills (knee) for Thursday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cleveland will be without their top two left tackle options, as starter Dawand Jones suffered a season-ending ankle injury last week against the New Orleans Saints, when teammate Wyatt Teller fell on his leg. Jones had started eight games for the Browns this season at tackle, but he was placed on the injured reserve list earlier this week.
Wills was optimistic about playing, “Yeah, just doing what I’m...
In the post-game press conference following the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Week 11 victory over the Baltimore Ravens, Head Coach Mike Tomlin was asked his opinion on former Raven and current Steelers LB Patrick Queen. Tomlin kept it short and sweet, explaining: “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Man, I am glad he is on our team.”
Queen, who left Baltimore after the team allowed him to hit free agency in the 2024 offseason, had a fantastic outing against the Ravens, providing much-needed run support against the one of the best rushing offenses in the NFL.
Heading into Week 11, much...
Be careful what you wish Cleveland! While to many it seems unwise to provoke T.J. Watt just days before facing off against him, that is exactly what the Browns did. Speaking to reporters during Tuesday’s media availability, the 2023 D.P.O.Y. award winner, Myles Garrett, was asked to comment on Watt’s less-than-enthusiastic reaction to being snubbed from winning the award after a spectacular performance last season.
Garrett, known for his issues with Pittsburgh in the past, wasted no time taking a subtle jab at Watt, stating, “I’ve never complained about the trophy not being in my house, and vice versa. He...
While Russell Wilson has led the Steelers to four consecutive victories in each of his past four starts, Head Coach Mike Tomlin was unimpressed with one specific play from Week 11 against Baltimore.
The offense was struggling to score touchdowns against a stingy Ravens defense, and Wilson almost made a spectacular touchdown pass to TE Darnell Washington.
Wilson escaped pressure, scrambled to his right, and threw up a jump ball to the 6’7″ dynamic tight end in the end zone, but Washington watched it fly past his head and into the arms of Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey.
Marlon Humphrey...
He stands almost no shot of winning the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year award, especially in a loaded class that features quarterbacks putting up some impressive numbers. That doesn’t take away anything from the impact rookie center Zach Frazier has had on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Frazier, who has started all but two games this […]

The Pittsburgh Steelers have released their final injury report ahead of Week 12’s matchup with the Cleveland Browns, and praise be — it’s mostly good news, and more importantly, there are no major surprises.
The team has only designated two players as out for Week 12 and not a single player as “questionable” — a pretty remarkable achievement considering they’re 10 games into the year and playing on a short week.
Unsurprisingly, edge rusher Alex Highsmith is out for the second straight week with an ankle injury suffered in Week 10....
Another week, another Pittsburgh Steelers win. The Steelers have been excellent this year, sitting at 8-2 and on top of the AFC North. Their most recent win may have been their most impressive one too. The Baltimore Ravens are no pushover. Despite that, analyst Pete Prisco still doesn’t believe in the Steelers, even believing they’ll […]
