The New York Giants are signing wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster after a free-agent workout with the team on Monday, according to Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

The news comes on the heels of the Giants signing wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Braxton Berrios. All threw wideouts worked out for the Giants on Monday.

Former Indiana and Cincinnati quarterback and potential Pittsburgh Steelers 2027 NFL Draft target Brendan Sorsby, now at Texas Tech, is once again making headlines as new details continue to emerge regarding the gambling scandal that has placed his football future in doubt.

According to newly released documents uncovered by ESPN, Sorsby placed at least 40 wagers involving Indiana football and/or individual members of the team between Sept. 2 and Oct. 22, 2022. The bets reportedly ranged from $1 to $114 and totaled more than $850.

The Cleveland Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, according to NFL insiders Adam Schefter, Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.

Verse, who’s an Ohio native, has recorded 12 sacks and five forced fumbles in his first two seasons in the NFL.

Trade speculation is running wild regarding Cleveland Browns All-Pro edge rusher Myles Garrett. It appears the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year could be done as a Cleveland Brown.
