Where do the Seahawks land in ESPN’s best roster rankings?

Where do the Seahawks land in ESPN’s best roster rankings?

We are in full theory crafting season. With the preseason right around the corner, many are trying to predict team rosters and where teams rank heading into the preseason. ESPN has released their roster rankings for all 32 teams and projected the teams starting line ups. Mike Clay, Aaron Schatz, and Seth Walder worked together on these rankings. Clay worked on the starting line ups and each teams strengths and weaknesses. Schatz identified players who were not starters who could be a key player during the season. Walder meanwhile identified the X-Factor for each team. Lets see where the Seattle...

Why the Seahawks’ offensive line could determine their 2026 ceiling

Why the Seahawks’ offensive line could determine their 2026 ceiling

For years, one of the biggest questions surrounding the Seattle Seahawks has been the offensive line. Coaching staffs have changed, quarterbacks have changed, offfensive coordinators have come and gone. Seattle has invested heavily at wide receiver, running back and tight end, yet the same question has followed every season:

Can the offensive line finally be good enough?

Heading into 2026, there is more reason for optimism than there has been in quite some time.

Unlike previous years, Seattle isn’t asking five new starters to learn together. All starters from last season are under contract and will return this year, a...

Seahawks fan discussion: What’s the best move Seattle made this offseason?

Seahawks fan discussion: What’s the best move Seattle made this offseason?

We’re twiddling our thumbs and champing at the bit waiting for Seattle Seahawks football to return. After winning the Super Bowl in emphatic fashion, the Seahawks had an offseason filled with high profile free agency decisions, a busier than expected NFL Draft, some front office reshuffling, and a couple of major contract extensions.

For today’s discussion we want to know what you think is the best move the Seahawks made this offseason. We are considering the offseason window to be from the minute the Super Bowl ended to… well I guess today’s date (July 7). Charles Cross getting extended in...

5 Seahawks position battle questions heading into training camp

5 Seahawks position battle questions heading into training camp

There was a time when Seattle Seahawks training camp was defined by uncertainty at the top of the roster. That’s not really the case anymore.

Mike Macdonald enters Year 3 with a much clearer picture of what his team is supposed to look like. The quarterback situation is stable, much of the offensive line returns with continuity, and the defensive core is largely intact. Instead of fighting to identify starters, Seattle is now fine-tuning a roster that already looks competitive on paper.

That changes the nature of training camp.

The most important battles this summer aren’t necessarily about winning starting...

Seahawks go all out to support USA, who exit World Cup in disastrous Seattle finale

Seahawks go all out to support USA, who exit World Cup in disastrous Seattle finale

The Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks were on hand for one of the biggest matches the United States men’s national soccer team has ever played. Unfortunately, the USA picked the worst time to lose their undefeated record at Seattle Stadium/Lumen Field, and their dreams of a deep run in the 2026 FIFA World Cup are now over.

It was a nightmarish effort from start to finish for the USA against Belgium, who knocked them out in the Round of 16 with a 4-1 blowout that honestly flattered the Americans. Star striker Folarin Balogun’s controversial red card suspension from the win...

Which Seahawks rookies could make the biggest impact in 2026?

Which Seahawks rookies could make the biggest impact in 2026?

The Seattle Seahawks 2026 rookie class may not feature a long list of immediate starters, but that doesn’t mean this group won’t make an impact this season.

With Mike Macdonald entering his third year and the roster becoming increasingly competitive, earning playing time will be more difficult than it was for previous rookie classes. At the same time, several positions remain unsettled, creating opportunities for young players who can impress throughout training camp.

Some will have to fight for rotational snaps, others will likely begin on special teams, and a few may simply be preparing for larger roles in 2027....

Seahawks players are all in lockstep about what made the Super Bowl team special

What made the 2025 Seattle Seahawks a championship team? I love that the new “Making a Champion” video series explores the magical Super Bowl run from many different perspectives, then finally boils it down to solely that question at the end.

After a first episode featuring ‘Hawks GM, John Schneider, episodes 2 (Uchenna Nwosu), 3 (Jaxon Smith-Njigba), 4 (Ernest Jones IV) and 5 (Nick Emmanwori) have all been Jen Mueller, John Boyle, and Bryan Walters sitting down with Seahawk players. These are all up on the Seahawks’ YouTube channel.

When asked the all-important question, “What made last year’s squad a...

We are nearing the halfway point of the summer, and the 2026 NFL season is fast approaching. During this lull in football action, fans begin speculating on who on their favorite team will lead the team in some of the major statistical areas. One of the more fun stats is sacks. Seahawks 2026 rookie predictions: Can Michael Dansby make it 3 rookie corners on the roster?

Seahawks 2026 rookie predictions: Can Michael Dansby make it 3 rookie corners on the roster?

The Seattle Seahawks were very busy in the seventh round of the 2026 NFL Draft after previous trades including the one with the Green Bay Packers that netted them No. 236 (Andre Fuller) and No. 255 for No. 216. John Schneider made it 50% secondary picks in the draft, choosing his fourth new member of the DB group in cornerback Michael Dansby from Arizona. Dansby doesn’t have much in terms of testing numbers, but he’s apparently very, very fast…according to himself.
