After bumbling away a game in Week 5 against the previously winless New Orleans Saints, the New York Giants now get to go on national television Thursday night against the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.

The New York Giants play the Philadelphia Eagles this week on Thursday Night Football. One benefit of the short week is that media got to speak with Giants coordinators on Monday, rather than having to wait until Thursday afternoon.
That means we got some perspective from offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, defensive coordinator Shane Bowen, and special teams coordinator Michael Ghobrial less than 24 hours after Sunday’s loss to the New Orleans Saints.

New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll offered no information Monday morning on the availability of wide receiver Darius Slayton or running back Tyrone Tracy for Thursday night’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Slayton left Sunday’s loss to the New Orleans Saints in the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury. Despite having had a rough game vs. the Saints, the seven-year veteran is a key player for Giants on offense.
