The Eagles head coach spoke after their Week 10 divisional win, and sad Jalen Hurts did a great job handling adversity.
The Eagles had a huge day in Dallas, beating the Cowboys 34-6, and head coach Nick Sirianni spoke to reporters after the game about how the defense has helped give the offense a cushion. He also talked about how proud he was of Jalen Hurts to rebound after a tough first quarter and go on to have a really good game.
Here’s what the head coach had to say:

Let’s check in with Jerruh after the Eagles’ 34-6 win in Dallas on Sunday:
A frustrated Jerry Jones had some comments about the sun impacting play at AT&T Stadium: “By the way, we know where the sun is going to be when we decide to flip the coin or not. We do know where the damn sun is going to be in our own stadium.”

Dallas WR CeeDee Lamb was blinded by the light in Sunday's loss to the Eagles.
The Dallas Cowboys were facing enough challenges in Week 10 against the Philadelphia Eagles, but the sun was just an added punch in the gut. At one point, newly promoted QB Cooper Rush had a wide open CeeDee Lamb in the endzone for an easy touchdown, but the wideout wasn’t even close to bringing in the ball. Like an ant burning under a microscope, Lamb pointed to his eyes after to play, acknowledging he couldn’t see the pass.
The Cowboys have been imploding in recent...

The NFL Week 10 slate of Sunday games will cap off with a Sunday Night Football matchup between the Detroit Lions (7-1) on the road against the Houston Texans (6-3).
These teams have only ever played each other five times over the years, with the Texans leading the all-time series, 4-1. Houston has also won the four most-recent games, including when they last faced off back in 2020 when they won big in Detroit, 41-25.
Here’s everything you need to know about tonight’s game.

Highlights and lowlights from Philadelphia’s Week 10 win.
This answered the pleas for a “style-points” win. The Eagles stomped on an injury-riddled, inferior Dallas Cowboys team the way they should have Cleveland and Jacksonville in previous weeks.
The Eagles splattered Dallas, 34-6, and backup quarterback Cooper Rush, playing for the injured Dak Prescott, at AT&T Stadium on Sunday for their fifth-straight victory. The Eagles’ win gives them sole possession of first place in the NFC East with a 7-2 record, a half-game better than the 7-3 Washington Commanders, who the Eagles will host on Thursday night.

The only thing keeping the Philadelphia Eagles from scoring 40+, and the Cowboys from scoring 10+, was the sun glare at Jerry World:

Hilarious. Great job, Jerry!
This is what he needs to hand out the next time a football game is played in his stadium. Just have somebody pass around a basket and the players grab a pair so they can actually see what the hell is going on:
If this...
Talk about a pleasant evening. Not only did the Eagles beat the Cowboys in Dallas for the first time since 2017, but they thrashed ’em pretty good, trailing for a grand total of zero seconds down in Jerry World, where the players needed military-grade glasses to deal with the first half sun glare. Once they settled in, they scored 24 unanswered points and it was Kenny Pickett and Will Shipley time in the Big D.
Dak Prescott didn’t play, but does it matter? It does not. You beat the guys they put in front of you, and in this case...
Bad news for the veteran CB, but good news for Isaiah Rodgers whose been getting plenty of live reps this season.
Another game, another injury for veteran CB Darius Slay. The Eagles’ CB was sidelined during the first quarter of their Week 10 game against the Cowboys with an ankle injury, and was later listed as questionable to return. He did come back in for the second quarter, but wasn’t on the field coming out of halftime.
Rodgers stepped in for Slay in the first half, and was the one to take the field with the defense at the start...

The Philadelphia Eagles are down in Texas to take on the Dallas Cowboys. The Birds, favored by 7.5 points (same amount they were favored against the Jacksonville Jaguars at home in Philly last weekend) on the road, are going for their fifth straight win. And their first victory at AT&T Stadium since November 19, 2017.
If all goes according to plan, the Eagles will leave Week 10 with a 7-2 record. If the Eagles can’t manage to beat a Cowboys team starting Cooper Rush in placed of an injured Dak Prescott, well,...
The Eagles are back on the road for this NFC East matchup against the Cowboys.
The Philadelphia Eagles are now 6-2 heading into their rivalry game on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.
After a more than questionable start to the season, the team has really gained some momentum coming out of the bye week, and made adjustments that are producing results. Jalen Hurts has been able to protect the football, the offense is ranked at the top of the league in explosive plays, and the defense has found ways to rack up sacks and interceptions.
Head coach Nick Sirianni has...
The latest news on who’s in and who’s out.
The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced the inactives list for their 2024 NFL Week 10 game against the Dallas Cowboys.
The following Eagles players WILL NOT PLAY: Eli Ricks, Tristin McCollum, Darian Kinnard, and Trevon Keegan, and Tanner McKee.
All of these players are healthy scratches; no one on the Eagles’ active roster is missing this game due to injury.
Under the NFL’s third quarterback rule, McKee is only allowed to play if both Jalen Hurts AND Kenny Pickett leave the game due to injury.
CB Eli...
The Dallas Cowboys cannot afford another setback on Sunday.
They’re not likely to have Dak Prescott, meaning it will be the Cooper Rush show.
They will face a red-hot team like the Philadelphia Eagles to make things even more complicated.
With that in mind, former NFL player Ross Tucker dug deep into this game to share his prediction on X.
Cooper Rush is 5-1 as a starting QB.
Eagles can’t afford a letdown against the Cowboys back up.
