The Miami Dolphins are in their Jon-Eric Sullivan era after firing longtime general manager Chris Grier last season and replacing him with the former Green Bay Packers vice president of player personnel earlier this year. The Miami Dolphins may not have been the only team interested in Kadyn Proctor as it’s come out that the Detroit Lions may have coveted the big offensive lineman. The Lions (17) were working on trading up with the Baltimore Ravens (14) but that plan fell through when the Dolphins selected Proctor. Though it wasn’t confirmed they were interested in Proctor, we can only assume as the Lions backed out after the Dolphins selection.

With a new head coach in former Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley leading the way, the Dolphins are looking to rebuild the team after a disappointing end to the Mike McDaniel era in South Florida.
